
Welcome to HKFITNESS! Here I am dedicated to helping you achieve your health and fitness goals. I have always had a passion for fitness from a young age, however as life unfolded and I started a family in my early 20s, fitness took a back seat.
Like many dedicated parents I explored various career paths to provide for my children. Although I worked hard, I couldn’t shake the feeling that something was missing. Deep down I longed for a profession that truly resembled me, where I could combine my love for fitness and desire to make a positive impact on others.
In early 2019, everything changed when I attended my first pole class. It was an instant connection, and I fell in love with it. I discovered a whole new world of strength, grace, and self-expression. Motivated by this newfound passion, I pursued pole fitness, and it became a significant part of my life.
However, life had more surprises in store for me. In 2021, after the birth of my fourth and final child, I faced severe mental health issues that had been silently burdening me for years. There was a turning point when my struggles were finally recognized, and I sought help. During this process I was introduced to aerial hoop that further fuelled my enthusiasm for fitness.
After discovering aerial hoop and still determined, I joined a local gym. Being surrounded by a community of like-minded individuals reignited my passion for fitness. Eager to expand my knowledge and skill set, I grasped the opportunity to train as a Level 2 Gym Instructor in mid-2022. The training not only enhanced my expertise but also boosted my confidence to inspire others on their fitness journeys.
Pumped by my new qualification, I embarked on another educational endeavour and pursued my Level 3 Personal Trainer certification in early 2023. With a deep understanding of the physical and mental challenges people face, I am equipped to guide individuals through personalized training sessions, fostering their growth and helping them unlock their full potential.
Alongside my primary qualifications, I also gained qualifications in Kettlebell training, Circuits, Suspension, Boxercise, and Towel training. I believe in continuously expanding my knowledge to provide my clients with diverse and effective training methods.
Driven by a passion to make a difference, I now aspire to venture out on my own and establish HKFITNESS. I aim to create a supportive and motivating environment where individuals of all ages and fitness levels can thrive. By combining my own experiences, expertise, and love for fitness, I am committed to helping my clients achieve their fitness goals, improve their overall well-being, and discover their own resilience and strength.
